According to reports, it is heard that Mahesh has come up with new conditions for signing a film. First in that list is budget. According to reports, Mahesh is making it clear that his film should not exceed the budget of forty crores and if it is not so then he is not willing to do it.

Sources say all this has happened after Mahesh’s experience with director Sukumar for the film ‘1-Nenokkadine’. Talk is that crores of rupees has been sent but till now the film has not completed the major portion. Keeping this in mind, Mahesh is reportedly particular about these new conditions. This is indeed a nice move by the Tollywood prince.
