Tollywood super star Mahesh Babu looks at Seemandhra. Its learnt that Mahesh Babu want to invest his money on real estate in a big way. He thinks that Vizag is the better place for that. Mahesh associates are on hunt for land around Vizag. Ramanaidu already had this vision and built a studio there. Nagarjuna and Tarun are there in real estate.
