Atleast 13 Russian nationals were killed on Tuesday as the bus ferrying them to Gangotri fell off the road and plunged into Bhagirathi River in Uttarkashi district.The mishap occurred at Dharali, about 2 km away from Harshil, when the bus with at least 13 Russians on board, was on its way from Uttarkashi to Gangotri, police said.Senior officials have rushed to the spot.
