Writer JK.Bharavi dared and took a bold step to buck the trend and came with devotional entertainer Adi Shankara, a biopic on great indian saint. The film which was released couple of weeks back is doing well with class viewers and analysts appreciating the performance of the stars.
If everything goes well the film will go to Oscar screening. Buzz is Tollywood Producers Council decided to recommend the film for oscar screening bouyed by the response the film is getting.
The film starred Kaushik Babu as Adi Shankara and many top stars like Nagarjuna, Mohan Babu,Srihari,Saikumar,Suman,Sriramachandra,KamaliniMukherjee,Meena,Roja,Kamna Jethmalani,Rohini,Tulasi,Tanikella Bharani and others. Chiranjeevi's voice over is the added advantage for the film.
